Complete the Account, Billing and Payment details and agree to our terms and conditions and process your order. Your data will be available in the Orders section of your dashboard. Depending on your order size, your orders may take up to 30 minutes to be processed and ready in your dashboard. You will also receive an email notification when your data is ready to be downloaded.
You can check the status of your data by logging in to your account and clicking on the Orders section of the dashboard. All of your orders will be stored in this location.

Yes! Dexivo offers the ability to connect to our data via API, to create an API token, visit your dashboard and navigate to the API section. From there, you can generate your API tokens and monitor API connections. You can also view our API documentation from this section of our dashboard.
No, we do not offer refunds on any data requests. All data sales are final sales.
Dexivo enrolls all of our customers in a FREE referral program which allows you to refer anyone to Dexivo, and allows you to receive a commission on any data sales completed. By accessing the Referral section in your dashboard, your first step to refer someone to Dexivo is to share your custom link. Any sales attributed to you as a customer from your referrals will be calculated in your Referral dashboard.
